dBs Institute Manchester recruits production and marketing staff Prolific North

One of the UK’s specialist providers of music technology and game development degrees, dBs Institute of Sound & Digital Technologies, is recruiting for five positions at its new Manchester campus.

Vacancies are in a range of departments from teaching to marketing, and both full-time and part-time positions are available.

dBs portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programs enables students to work in multi-disciplinary creative teams, on real-world cases, onboarding students to the industries in which they wish to work.

The newly refurbished New Century campus is just a two-minute walk from Victoria Station and employees will have the opportunity to work with a range of world-class equipment. There are professionally equipped control rooms and five electronic music production suites, as well as game development studios.

The five positions that dBs is currently recruiting for are Program Manager: Music (Part-Time), HE Lecturer: Music and Sound Engineering (Part-Time), HE Lecturer: Electronic Music Production (Part-Time), Marketing Officer and Engagement (full-time) and Education Liaison (full-time).

The Program Manager will be central to academic leadership, supporting program delivery across the institute. The Education Liaison will lead student recruitment, focusing on encouraging applications. The successful candidate for the Marketing and Engagement Officer position will work to raise awareness of the dBs Institute in Manchester. Finally, the two HE lecturers will focus on providing specialist instruction to students in a range of courses.
