Mall of Emirates launches Digital Concierge, WhatsApp shopping

The new service will allow consumers to shop more than 350 international and local brands and luxury designers, entirely via WhatsApp from the comfort of their own home. What else? Through a simple one-to-one WhatsApp chat, visitors can also receive free delivery right to their doorstep within hours.

The Mall of the Emirates’ Digital Concierge is just one of many digital retail experiences curated for shoppers, in addition to their traditional shopping experiences. The mall paves the way for omnichannel, offering experiences accessible in-store, at home or on a mobile device. Its hybrid model featuring conversational commerce bridges the gap between physical stores and digital platforms for a streamlined shopping journey, giving UAE shoppers access to hundreds of brands.

Mall of the Emirates has also introduced a smart parking service for shoppers, known as Reserved Digital Parking. Shoppers can avail of this service by simply downloading the Mall of the Emirates app, where they can reserve a space in the “parking” section and complete the process after filling in the details for their visit. Reservation must be made at least one hour in advance and buyers are allowed 30 minutes earlier than the reservation time tolerance.
